Grate bar is the main part of sintering machine. The grate bars are intended for holding and transporting the ore mill by forming a trough space with the railing plates on the pallets. Variety grate bars with good heat resistant abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant capability. For Cr25 high Cr grate bars are inoculated with multiple active elements so its toughness increased largely, ak value achieved 8~12J/cm2, inoxidizability also increased 50~80%, shell mould casting, good surface roughness, accurate dimension.
